Love their articles!

Dealbreaker is a real ball buster if you ask me. I love straight shooters who like to dig up dirt on the people and firms of Wall St. Besides that, they have a ton of daily market commentary that is validated and on point. They don't put bullish or bearish spins on things, just facts. Articles should be written to get the reader to think, then it is up to the reader to decide which way to take that information.

Entertaining articles and links, stay entertained!

There is plenty of content here to keep you entertained for a while - perhaps you might use the weekend to catch up since there are a quite a few postings. From hedge fund news to commentary on the market, you are bound to find some good reads here. The Goldman sachs and Bear Sterns sections have not been updated in ages - this is my only complaint.

very clever and entertaining

I only learned of Dealbreakers on nvestimonials and it the reviewers are right it is a great comical interlude but also very informative and educational. I love the irreverence and trashy humor esp. Very clever

Lacks any educational value but def entertaining and worth spending some time each day on it just for a laugh...the user comments are also worth checking out

Edgy Entertainment

I only learned about Dealbreakers from Investimonials and it now provides a much needed comical interlude in my working day! It’s irreverence and trashy humour are not only very entertaining but a reminder not to take the industry too seriously.

A Financial Gossip Rag

Mostly grounded in truth in hyperbole, this site is great way to get the same news you might read in the wall street journal. Don't pass up reading the comments- lots of fun at the expense of quants and blondes and day traders.

Fantastic and entertaining

You can't be serious 24/7, you'll go nuts. Dealbreaker is an awesome way to spice up your investment reading with some entertainment. The ridiculous analyst challenges are beyond entertaining and the hilarious Wall Street gossip allows you to take a step back and laugh. As long as you embrace this blog for what it is, it's great.

Entertaining but nos so useful. I think there's better ways to spend your time geared towards investing. It seems that there is a dwindling of contributors and readers. I do like Bess, quite a character.

Snarky, short and fun goossip

Bess Levin says all the things you know people really want to but can't. Her commentary is biting a little jaded but hilarious!

even better it's often very pithy, which enhances it' utility to me anyway,

She often breaks big stories quick as she seems to be scoop machine for Wall Street IB rumors, but sadly her colleagues seem to have left holding down the fort by herself

hopefully DB can regain the prominence it once had, but as long Bess is there it's still a worthy quick read.

Not What It Once Was

This blog used to be very popular, wide read and funny with many contributors, but now it seems like the whole thing is winding down with far fewer posts per day, less commentators and readers. The bulk of their great writers have moved on with good old Bess the only one now holding down the fort. Sad to see what's happened here, I guess gossip just can't exist alone outside Hollywood
