An Unholy Mess
(note Investimonials link is incorrect, website is http://www.tradinggoddess.com/
Never got into TradingGoddess although Lord knows I tried several times.
For a while it had great word of mouth, so I've given it second and third chances.
But it just doesn't work for me, The site is an aesthetics disaster. The actual content is jammed in a very narrow column in the center and is surrounded by a ton of superflous crap.
The content is so narrow you freakin have to scroll and scroll and scroll to read it. To make matters worse they rarely include charts of tables (when they do they are so small you have to squin), if there are any pictures it's usually superflous fluff like hot girls or flowers. This site badly needs a redesign and tweaking.
As for the content itself , it seems to be just pure noise. There is a hoard of commentators who seem to be hyping their own sites/services and there seems to be no Quality control or central philosophy at all. Given the poor design of the site it's hard to tell who is even wriing until you scroll and scroll and scroll. Trading ideas when presented are rarely compelling ones and since there is zero displayed track records, untrustworthy. If there is good content there you will waste too much time trying to find it anyway.
The Goddess herself seems to be on autopilot, her posts are very infrequent and often nothing special. Once upon a Time I gather her posts were pretty good(which leads to some positive word of Mouth that I occassionally hear to this day) but she's either lost interest or gone cold. Blogging is tough stuff so I empathize with that, but it doesn't change the fact that the product currently is not good at all.
props to the Goddess for her early success in the fin blogosphere and for being one of the few known women to do so.
But as for the TG site itself today
