Maybe it is just me, but I think this guy brought charting to a new level of acceptance. Used to be, no one with dough, on wall st. seemed to believe in the charts. Or so it seemed. If given more air time on CNBC I might be able to provide a better review. For the limited time he gets, he does ok, would like to see more of him.
Carter has done some decent chart work on CNBC with the limited time he's given.
