I like the setups and they are well explained. This has some value for sure.
This is a good book, easy to follow.... there are so many formations out there, it's useful to know which ones will actually work consistently... and consistency is important if you are trying to assess risk/reward.... Cooper has some other books too but I like the DVD.
If you only use candles this is not for you. That said, Jeff does explain his set-ups and they are worth taking a look at.
