This book helped me a lot in learning discipline. Risk is not the enemy. Many of the traders he talks to take on substantial risk, but they also no when to cut their losses. I like how the guys told their own stories about how they conquered the stock market.

Well written, concise and insightful. Reading about individuals with many different backgrounds which succeed in the stock market and how they approach their trading techniques. A must read!
if your gonna be a trader the market wizards books are a must read. Jack Schwager is a legend. Simple but powerful book with good insights.
