Minimalism in Trading

Jay's service is hands down one of the best. He is a great coach and really enjoys helping others achieve. His trading style requires a great deal of discipline and focuses also a great deal on money management. He shows that it is not necessary to trade every day or even every week in order to produce great returns. A must follow IMHO.

Past Performance Appeared Good But My Own Picks Lose Less :)

Jay seems to be a great guy. Very genuine and really wants what's best for his subscriber.

I was a member for a couple of months. Jay's picks are feast or famine. In addition, for a while, he started to make trades based on seasonality and I just lost confidence in the accuracy of his picks and the basis for them.

The fee for the service is way to high relative to my time as a member and the performance.

The chat room has a very stodgy "clicky" feel which left me with not much reason to stay as a subscriber.

Perspective - I've been trading 15 years and do ok. I'm always wanting to add new high performing tools to my trading which appear to be effective.

First... The service is not a scam. Also Jay seems like a fairly genuine person.

On to the critique -

Basically the title of the review sums it up. He had a very impressive record over at profit.ly so I thought it was worth my time to investigate. Trade frequency has almost come to grinding halt since his service has gone pay. Methodology is fairly simple which is a good thing. Some mistakes are made from a pure technical trader standpoint when he interprets charts/indicator. Not sure why he has almost stopped posting his trades to profit.ly, said something about people trying to follow him. I call people trying to follow me 'added follow-thru' and am happy to have them.

In short his performance has tanked since subscribing. Compared to some other options it is a little overpriced for the performance we've seen. He should dump his link w/AIQ, they are just about worthless as well.

A trading service providing me profits

I have been following Jay's trading for a while and was very glad he decided to start a service. I have subscribed since late January 2011. He provides a list of stocks he is watching and educates the subscriber using charts and videos showing what he sees and the reason the stock is on the list. In addition, he posts his trades in real time instead of just making up a list and leaving a subscriber to wonder which one and when to enter. I like his honesty when asked a question and I particularly like his willingness to help me understand the methodology he uses. Most importantly, I like the profits I'm making. If interested in trading options, this is definitely a service to try.

Great trading site, great teacher

I have been parto fo Jay's serivice for three weeks and have been trading with Jay for two weeks,I have participated on two of his picks and have been able to reap the financial rewards,haha.

He is generous with his time, and goes out of his way to teach you as you participate in his chat/trading room, His alerts arrive by email ,instant message and they are instantaneously as he trades;i would recomend his service to anyone who wants to learn, and make money at the same time, you can't go wrong.
