I've wasted money before, I will again :-(

I signed up for this back in late June when I started trying to learn some of the stock trading ropes and figured penny stocks would be a good place to begin, less money required = less money I can lose (yeah, right!).

The website is a lot of get rich quick hype and at the time I remember thinking it was strange that anyone worth their salt would let all their knowledge go for a one time fee, as opposed to a monthly subscription fee. It all sounded too good to be true, but I was an idiot and figured what the hell, I had wasted that much money on other things before so in the grand scheme of things it was worth the risk to try and get rich.

I have never actually traded any of his picks. I followed the first few on paper which was enough to show that the picks he came out with that weren’t totally bad at the start would open a good percentage up the morning after the email alert from where they closed the prior evening, making it hard to get in at a decent price range, and it seems that almost 80% of the time they will jump up right after the alert and then crash and burn within a couple days.

On top of that I was signed up to a lot of the “Free” stock alert sites at the time trying to see if any of them had anything good or if I could put 2 and 2 together to find out if a good stock would hit when maybe 2 or 3 of these sites started touting it at the same time or what have you.

During this time I received an email (I think it was from Momentum Hunter, but I can’t remember for sure) promising huge gains in a stock. 2 days later I received an email alert from Penny Stock Prophet about the same stock, and the email from him was the email from the free service verbatim. The only thing that been changed was the name of the service.

A few weeks ago he did have 1 pick that went up 9% if you wanted to stay in it for 2 and a half weeks, but that was the first gainer in 6 or 7 picks. There is nothing in this service worth paying for. He is a stock promoter that must be getting paid to hype these picks because I can’t see any way he could be making a living off trading them.

This site lost me a ton of money.. please never listen2them!

In the search for the a good, refitable site, I tried this paid service when I first started trading. Typical rookie mistake looking for the fast track to millions. I tracked his picks for a while before actually shadowing him. I was surprised at first to see that some of his picks actually sky rocketed - that was before I understood the nature of pump and dumps.

Stay away. If you won't listen to me at least take this advice: if you are going to shadow trade this guy, get in quick and early, sell the minute you can turn a profit and never follow these terrible stocks. Most of the time his picks will jump at the market open, but that is it. They will fade the rest of the day aonce his followers start the selloff. This is a scalper's game. Take what you can get, and get the hell out because if you don't you will lose a lot of money. Almost every pick this guy has made collapses within a few days.

This is nothing more that a scam. Please do not invest your money with their recommendations.

Penny Stocks are penny stocks for a reason - because they are bad companies.

No doubt, pure stock promoter.

Typical stock promoter. Who will offer free picks? If there were easy many then somebody would already take it. Heck, even it was true, will they share it for free? And turning $1K to $1M in 38 trades with solid 20% win rate, as their website preaches is absurd. Just make yourself sure have a look to disclaimer part:

" On occasion PSP receives compensation from a third party in relation to the profiled companies in the newsletters and e-mail alerts sent to our members. In such a case PSP will state at the bottom of e-mail alert and this disclaimer the exact form and amount of compensation."

DD is done, they are pure stock promoter. Play it long if you are quick enough otherwise bet against them.

Why didn't the long sales pitch put me off?

Normally when I see a long sales pitch I run for the hills. PSP (as they call themselves) make it look as if you can make over a million in a month. However once I signed up for the free newsletter (so they can spam you with adverts for the paid service) I noticed that they are getting paid to promote these stocks and this is what artificially makes the price go up. I am sure that the reviews on their website are true as some of the smart people get out quick after making some quick cash, while the rest sadly loose their money, as in the end this is just a disguised ponzi scheme that is not particularly well done. If you even look at there affiliate scheme you will notice that they claim earnings of many thousands while they contradict themselves elsewhere saying that they only have 500 members to keep the information useful, and stop any harm on the companies they promote.

My recommendation - stay away. If you won't listen to me at least take this advice: if you are going to shadow trade this guy, get in quick and early, sell the minute you can turn a profit and DO NOT CHASE THESE STOCKS. Most of the time his picks will jump at the market open, but that is it. They will fade the rest of the day aonce his followers start the selloff. This is a scalper's game. Take what you can get, and get the hell out because if you don't you will lose a lot of money. Almost every pick this guy has made collapses within a few days.
