"I contacted them to get more info. They were very helpful and patient. Seems like a really interesting firm. I know they have been around for a long time so I would feel safe with them. Their minimum is pretty high though compared to others which are around 2500 - 5000."

Early in my career as a remote trader, I looked for the help some of the more experienced traders but thought I was a low priority. The ongoing education and support services were ok but I felt more like a check to them and not as a person.
I traded with them for two years as a remote. They really don't care how you are trading as long as you are churning and generating commissions for them. Sure, it's great to have the funds to trade with, but they make certain one nickel of their money isn't put at risk.
