Lost a lot of money in a short time!
I lost 3k in two weeks by following the recommendations of their "Monthly Cashflow Machine" newletter. Lost on vertical spreads on RIG, FSLR, and MCP. Lost 1k in one day (Friday Jan 27th). They recommend writing options with extremely high "implied volatility".

The internet can be a very dangerous place!

Contrary to some reviews below this site is superb. I have been a subscriber since 1998 and look forward every day to the incisive and original commentary. Their team are some of the best chartists and technicians in the world. If anyone lost money it was likely because they are amateurs who don't understand risk management. Jim Brown is a genius blessed with an uncanny knack for interpreting market direction based on sentiment, contrarianism, global forces and traditional technicals.

Desperate for business at any price
OK, their newsletters are fairly insightful - I enjoyed their ideas for ~ 2 years in 2004-2005. But their business practices are horrible. Zero customer service: took them over 2 weeks to reply to 2 emails and 2 voicemails, and the reply was least helpful. (They charged me an annual subscription without my authorization or even bothering to inform me that they re-subscribed me. I complained - no result yet.) I am guessing, they are just very desperate for business of any kind...
