After 3 years testing several services and having them autotraded through Global Autotrading I experienced with Optionrun something I had never seen before.
On 23rd May I got an alert to exit a call trade on FEYE with high profit. The problem: the opening trade for this trade had never been received... Global Autotrading also confirmed not having gotten any opening trade alert from Optionrun. Both myself and Global Autotrading asked Optionrun to resend the original opening trade alert. In vain.
After 2 weeks of permanent losses (the so-called "Run", unfortunately in the wrong direction...), this FEYE trade brought allegedly more than 60% to the subscribers.
I asked for the cancellation of my 3-month subscription and for the reimbursement of one month, as I was only 2 months in their service (and lost a lot of money). No response on this request either.
Their track record has not been updated since beginning of March, point of time where they started to make many losing trades.
I assume the FEYE trade will embellish their track record in May. It is more than questionable if this trade has ever been issued. Even if the missing alert was linked to an "email issue" on optionrun side, which I strongly doubt, there is a lack of professionalism in this service.
Furthermore there is definitely neither "education" nor visible strategy in their trading.
Avoid by all means.
