For what it's worth, a great reference
The SEC sure as hell can't keep up with the big boys who run the game, but if you need to grab reports that give you the primary numbers of a company's financial spreads, insider transactions, on-the-record news releases, etc., this is the place to go. Recommended.
If you are a pennystock trader than you should know that SEC filings are the most reliable info in this gutter. Thanks goes to EDGAR Database system as we can have it for free. Though the system is old and ugly you might use secfiling.com or something else as a front-system to this database.
I dislike the SEC's porn-by-day-3-hour-Happy-Hour-afterward policy much as anybody, but this is the best we've got without trying to penetrate the inner hallways of the largest institutions (and you damn sure wouldn't be at Investimonials if you were in that far, now would you?). Essential Primary Source for Investors

Great place to get factual data and to dig through the various trading rules for institutional investors. More a tool for the professional trader and it is a boring website. They should give more bullet points on their documents.
