Useful source for investing data

Yahoo finance has a wealth of data and statistics on financial markets, and is a valuable tool for investing. But some of the data is incomplete, so you need to check extra sources. I particularly like the functionality and coverage of the charts, but I rarely if ever use the forums. I also like the home page with the various interesting stories and often watch the short interview clips while having breakfast - overall a useful investing website.

Better Than google Finance!!!

I like prefer yahoo finance or Google finance even though i use both. Yahoo finance has more information on options and stuff and lots of other great stuff like Most active mover and bullish and brea stock ..yahoo earnings listing is very organized and i used it everyday to see who's coming with earnings. Great free Service by yahoo!!1

Yahoo message boards are a gold mine

There are other message boards for stocks but Yahoo still has a lot of traffic so that is where I look first for information.

The boards have their bad apples and people who are only there to mess around but there are also some very knowledgeable people. It is helpful that you can look up people's old posts. The search feature is useful too.

I guess I am loyal to Yahoo basic quotes and charts. I just can't get used to the Google finance site.

Hands down the best

Ive been using yahoo finance for a while and it has everything you need.. real time quotes. statistics.. reports... great news feed.. etc..

I love the profile feature that describes the company as well as the leadership.. believe it or not that feature has made me a lot of money...
