I have two credit cards with Bank of America and am satisfied with the rewards programs and service.
I changed my bank from Bank of America to TD because they had fees coming in left and right which I was unaware of. So far TD has been good, even though I have seen some surprise fees, when I call, they remove them for me.
lots of branches but very shitty customer service. Still a good competitor if Chase or another large retail bank is your only option.
Not that any of the other banks are worth it but I left Bank of America because they are horrible!
Had a Bank of America account for about two years now and it has been a great experience thus far. Their app is great and the deposit on the go feature is awesome. Also, free entrance to Museums the first weekend of every month
They treat you like pigs in a hen and have no value for anyone unless they have big money. Absolutely horrible bank.

ive been with BOA for just about 10 years now.. Never had a problem with these guys and have always been reasonably satisfied with the customer service and the way they have helped out when ive had issues with my account in the past.
This was my first account I got when I was 15 and I still have it now but do not use it for my primary use. I also received my first credit card here when Wachovia turned me down. Over all I have had a pretty good experience using them and the customer service has not been to shabby either.
