Very good interest rates on their credit cards if you want to borrow which I never do. Think citicard or amex has better rewards.

"Had a secured credit card with them. Don't get Capital One if you want a secured card. They will not refund any money unless you close the card. So if you deposit 1k, which is then your credit limit, you can't come back later and request a 500 Dollar refund. I did not want to have a lot of money ti Read more...
Made the change from TD to Capital One. So far so good! They have everything I need and no surprise charges.
Good bank, good service, only issues is that there aren't as many locations near me like with Case bank.
not that many banks around but their credit cards are easy approvals and they are good with fees.
I opened a savings account after checking around and found the interest rate to be one of the highest. Also found if you are a Costco Executive member Costco will kick in an extra $100 after it is opened. Easy to transfer money in and out but don't be in a hurry to get it out (takes a min of 3 days) Read more...
customer service is outsourced to india and they constantly jack up rates on you. read the fine print, although, if you do you'll probably just get another card.

I knew the rules and did read the fine print. However, w Read more...
