No Fake Reviews Allowed

Since launching two weeks ago, Investimonials members have posted over 600 reviews on various financial products. They have been mostly broker reviews, but approximately 40 of these (focused entirely on 2 specific financial firms) have been removed because they did not comply with our terms of service.

Let me be very clear: this is not a marketing site. We do full investigations on suspicious reviews, and we will remove those reviews that do meet our terms of service.

We want our members to post good or bad reviews, but only if they are honest. There is too much BS in finance and we will not add to the pollution. We aim to be part of the solution.

So all you financial firms out there, take note...if you want to post fake reviews, head somewhere else!

How to Become a Top User and Earn ivBucks

As you read in our last blog post, we're adding features every day. Today we want to introduce the Top Users On Investimonials.

Users are ranked by how many ivBucks they have earned, by sharing information about themselves at registration (which will be used to provide better targeting of products in future versions of the site) and by posting helpful reviews.

It might not seem worthwhile right now, but as the site grows and the most helpful reviews get seen by thousands upon thousands of people, all these early helpful reviews will earn huge amounts of ivBucks over time, entitling the top users to cash in those ivBucks for products listed on our prize page.

So I encourage you to post helpful reviews now and prepare to earn rewards for your honesty. We don't want fake reviews and we don't care whether you like products or not -- we want you to be honest and helpful to others. We want the best financial products will emerge and we will weed out the scams (of which there are some); thus making the world of online finance better.
