Action?

Love the analysis on this site...however, it is not updated much.

So lets say the VIX spikes...I need more analysis on it, but he is not there or doesnt post when time calls for him!!!

Wow!

I just found this blog and am immediately adding it to my daily reading list. The reviews on this site have really gotten this one right. VIX and More is a blog about the VIX and the issues surrounding the VIX and options trading. He doesn't post very often and for good reason. Every post is methodically thought out and dense with information and details. The site is no nonsense and simply gets to telling you what you need to know.

I don't know a great deal about the VIX and have been looking for a good source to learn more. This is definitely going to be that resource. This blog is also not for the beginner, it gets into some pretty detailed analysis, which seems very rare in the blogging and financial products world.

He doesn't post much, but that is what I like. The site only gives you information you need and not just a post to fill up airtime. Also, the site is the best at explaining the VIX in an easy to understand language.

Long time reader!!

One of my absolute favorite blogs on the net. Has absolutely nailed the best strategy of 2009... selling premium. Goes in depth to highlight the "availability bias" present in the market today in the wake of financial disaster. Just last week talked about the seasonal vol crush in the last two weeks of December. After I read this I set up a few trades betting that the VIX would go sub 20 and banked! Nothing earth shattering, but always thorough tidbits related to vol, option pricing and market sentiment. Ignore this one at your own peril!
