Excellent trading platform and service

Street Smart Pro is a very flexible trading platform that allows me to have multiple windows open across 2 large monitors. Executions are fast. Most of my orders are entered as limit orders and are sometimes executed at better than the limit. Commissions are now $8.95 for stocks.

My Charles Schwab adviser made me some good money, they get my approval for sure. They are a full service broker at a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable investing information, their commercials are pretty cool too.

I talked to Chuck, and it was great

Had such a good experience with my Charles Schwab adviser. They are a full service broker at a very reasonable price. From their incite into my 401K, to their knowledgeable investing information, I will be recommending this company to all my friends.

A good discount broker

Execution can be slow sometimes. I have my IRA sitting in Schwab and I have no complaints. The representatives there all know what they're talking about and can answer any question you throw at them. This is a very highly rated discount broker with a full service broker-like value. Trade commissions have come down a bit (now 8.95). Streetsmart Pro is a decent platform, but I prefer thinkorswim for my active trading. Execution has driven me crazy at times. Even with limit orders.

Very pleased

Been with Schwab for nearly 2 years and trade (yes, even day trade) on StreetSmartPro. Just today I had an issue where I was short 1,000 shares of a stock and somehow also had 500 shares long. I immediately received a call from them with suggestions on how to fix my problem (I was unable to sell at market due to the confusion). They were very helpful.
