Very Speedy

I truly appreciated the speed of the services provided by SpeedTrader. I emailed them a question because my first trade and had a response back within the day. They have been diligent to make sure my needs are met, which is hard to find these days. I also find their fees to be very reasonable.

Love It!

The best broker by far. I have pretty discounted fees, the platform is so fast that many wonder how the heck I am able to get in and out of something so far, its called SPEED, speed trader! Support is great too they come right online or phone, whatever you need - highly suggest them.

Fastest Executions!

SpeedTrader is by far the very best broker out there. I'm not biased because they advertise on my site. I only recommend brokers and services that I either use or have used in the past.

SpeedTrader is my main broker, commissions are flexible if you like to trade. I've worked with them to make the DAS platform better in fact added a High/Low ticker to the platform (if you currently use DAS Trader and don't have it just call and ask them to turn it on.... you're welcome!)

If you are an OTCBB trader this is second to none. I mean it. About 10 different routes to choose from (direct) which helps you get in and out of a stock quickly and easily. Most other brokers like Thinkorswim only allow you to sell through AUTO which is pretty slow on executions. Brokers like Interactive Brokers give you ARCA which is by far the slowest UNLESS you're hitting ARCA to ARCA.

Customer service is great, both online chat and via phone or through the software mailbox system.

My Broker of Choice

I'm pretty new to Speed Trader, but so far, I'm impressed. Their flat rate commissions have beat everyone else I was able to find. The DAS tools are also awesome.

Overall I think they provide an excellent value for the money.

The one thing I have been disappointed with was the customer service. Granted the only time I've contacted them is to open my account, but the process was a bit slow and I had to email them asking how the account setup process was coming.

That said, it definitely would not deter me from using them, I was just used to a different experience after trading with other brokers.

Still a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED broker. Just be aware the signup process may lag behind expectations a bit.

The name serves it well.

Speed is what you get. The executions are fast, although the commissions are higher than comparable brokers. The customer service is average, from what I have experienced. Overall a good value and worth a look at when opening an account.

Not the best.

The commission schedule is okay, you can choose either a flat rate fee or .003 cents per share, which can get expensive especially if your trading penny stocks. Flat rate is about 10 dollars which is expensive compared to other online brokerages. Other brokerages with 10 dollar commissions often have other features thus justifying the expensive, such as think or swim which has great customer service plus an awesome interface, and they both clear through penson, so no hard to find borrows here. The interface is OKAY but costs money per month. The customer service is weak, the reps are often very angry when you call them on the phone and the live chat sometimes doesn't open until 9. There are much better brokerages out there!
