Stage 5 is run by professionals but ever since i've joined it feels like having the cool uncle who trades for a living we all wish we had...

The number one thing Stage 5 did for me is teach risk management so i can stay in the game. Previously I had marginally profitable trades and then would give 10x back with a blowup trade. Its like i was playing baseball and wouldn't stop at 3 strikes. I'd keep using up every other players strikes. Dumb!! But why did i do this? Their 24/7 chatroom, frequent webinars,, the whole environment teaches with wisdom and encouragement which equips me to keep from killing my account. I've traded ES for about 4 years now. After several years of consistent losing trades my time with Stage 5 helped me move to a place where I know how to take a proper loss and even more importantly RECOGNIZE when i'm about to become a fearful fighter. Repetition and confidence important themes with Stage 5.

The Stage 5 platform is consistently day in, day out, even during peak breaking news a rock solid platform. Doesnt skip a beat.

For a lot of people i bet its hard to know who to trust in this business. I've spent more than a year of nearly daily interaction with Stage 5 and they have my deepest respect and admiration. I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars on the type of education they provide just for having an account with them.

Is your broker committed to 100% customer service? I've called, IM'd, emailed...every interaction is super quick and friendly.

My experience with Stage 5 shows they are a group of people who are giving everything they have to help me so we can all benefit. When i win...they win. I'm trying to pass that on through this review...so others can benefit from what i've received. Godspeed on your trading journey!

The next big thing

My experience with Stage 5 Trading has been second to none. The services offered to clients are not comparable with any other broker I have come across. Such services include the chatroom and the list of top of the line trading platforms. The broker which I have been in contact with, Max Timmins, is one of the most approachable futures brokers the industry I have come across! After communicating with Max numerous times via phone and email, I would recommend him to anyone looking to trade. Ask for him!

After speaking with other Stage 5 clients, I can confirm that I am not alone in my opinion.

Finally, a Broker that has education every day blended with twice weekly seminars was well beyond my expectations. Also, when I am in need of service a live person answers the phone. And one more important attribute provided by Stage 5 Trading Corp is reliable trading platforms to use. Removing any concerns other than trading. All this may sound to good to be true, but all I can say is 'finally!"

Outstanding Service

Stage Five provides exceptional service. Anthony and the back office are always available with prompt responses and solutions. Morad is the sound voice of reason.

There are frequent webinars and a fantastic community of traders in the chat room.

If you have a plan for trading, risk management, and emotional control, these guys will go out of their way to help you execute it. If you don't have a plan yet, this is the place to go to learn to build, test and implement your plan.

A broker you can actually talk to

I've had accounts in 3 different brokers before I joined Stage 5 and never have I had a chance to actually talk to any "broker" there. In Stage 5, the broker, a REAL person, is the starting point.

No automated answering machines, no support tickets, no virtual customer service chats, but a direct connection with a person who is willing to do ANYTHING to help you get going.

Besides the great support Stage 5 offers a very attractive package with NO monthly fees, real time tick data (which is failry good compared to any other brokerage data), free DOM for order management (with sophisticated custom order strategies), advanced tools for trade analysis (S5 Trade Analyzer) and above all a great community of like minded traders lead by FT71 (a professional trader).

Stage5 brokerage is really a BY TRADERS FOR TRADERS brokerage, when was the last time your broker held a webinar after the close to talk about the market? or start an immediate webinar in case there was some unusual action in the market? I guess never, in Stage5 it happens, regularly.

I truly see no reason why one should not move his account over and joing Stage5...

Great team at Stage5!

Excellent crew, customer-service and that extra support from the community, "FT71" does awesome webinars and daily market updates. Really enjoy the community chat-room with alot of knowledgeable traders. Also i prefer the S5 trader for execution from anything else i've tried. Highly reccomended!

Great Service and Tools

I've been trading with Stage 5 for a few months now and have been very pleased to say the least.

The customer service has been excellent. From setting up an account to getting familiar with the platform the brokers' at Stage 5 are very receptive to making sure customer needs are met. They offer one on one tutorials to go over the entire platform from charting package to the depth of market functionality. Anytime I've had a question regarding my account or platform I've been able to get a quick response, in fact my broker Max personally calls me to ensure my needs are met and I have direct access to him if I have any issues that need to be addressed right away. Fortunately, issues with the platform have not been an issue, so I have not had to make many calls aside from general assistance questions on how to operate the DOM (depth of market) correctly.

The DOM is top of the line; it offers all the functionally I personally need: OCO bracket orders, easy manipulation of orders, customization of settings and trading strategies. I have not had any issues with the DOM freezing or lagging the market in anyway which was a major problem I have had with other brokerages. For the OCO orders it's a nice benefit that the orders sit Exchange side so you now your positions are always protected.

I can't speak to the charting package as I use Investor RT but from what I've seen it looks to be as complete as any other free broker based charting package on the market.

As far as commissions go they offer competitive market rates so no issues there.

There is a client chat that is dedicated to intraday contextual market dynamics and is moderated by FT71... I have not been able to use the room as much as I would like due to limitations I have with my day job but from the archive log i've reviewed it would be very beneficial to the day trader who can take advantage of the chat room during RTH. Hopefully I'll be able to get more involved in the chat in the future and will update in better detail.

There are also weekly webinars set up where clients can ask questions directly to FT71 to assist in their trading progression, which is unparalleled access you won't find at any other brokerage. It is really a testament to not only the quality of service you receive here but also a genuine interest in the clients growth and success as a trader.

Overall Stage 5 provides me with all the tools and assistance I need to effectively trade my account, but what really separates them from the rest of brokerages is: at Stage 5 you feel as though you are part of a team where the brokerage actually has a vested interest in their clients future success which in-turn secures their future success.
