Diana Olick is by far the best reporter in financial journalism. Unlike most of the positive spin brigade at CNBC, she lays out her reports with facts, not personal bs.

She seems to have a pretty good understanding of Real Estate. I like how she is straight and to the point. She definitely delivers well, and she isn't bad to look at. For that, she's ok.
She is top notch in the journal field and does have good insight with real estate. I personally don't care too much about real estate any more. If a ton of Chinese, Indian, and Europeans come over to America and start buying up property like crazy then I don't see a way out of the housing disparity Read more...
Diana is very smart that is obvious but there are very smart people who will lose you money but I don't think Diana is one of them. Take her words very seriously
