This book will help you to learn about yourself and how to become a better trader. It gives some excellent tools about trading philosophy and physiology.

Anyone who really knows trading will know the name Van Tharp. Trading is a game of money and risk management and no one illustrates that better than him. Got me looking at completely different ratios in my trading where i no longer really worry about stuff like win/loss, etc.
Many of us started out as fundamental traders and went the way of technical analysis somewhat later. This book was seminal in helping me to make that transition.
"Again it seems people are confusing Dr Tharp's books with this DVD. This 60 minute DVD covers the same material as Dr Tharp's books, just in a seminar style and provides a good overview if you haven't read his books and a good recap if you have.
