Some good information in there, not the most well thought out / organized DVD but it was very useful and well worth the money.

The total package for shorting stocks Tim tells you when to short and when you should not short, has tons of patterns so you can get the pattern in your head. Gives you terms and definitions that you should know. A complete DVD about shorting stocks.
ok i like tims DVDS but i suggest getting the Tim Fundamental first tims is really big on shorting .
