Financial Planning

I've interned with a financial planner a while ago and this site has definitely helped me a lot! Morningstar has saved me A LOT of time on the projects that I was given. Ex: Allocating our clients money to funds.

Great research is done, very respectable, and I know a lot of other planners that use this site as well.

Oh yea Vanguard is very good too, check that out also.

DCF

Morningstar primarily uses Discounted Cash Flow for their valuations, and the problem with DCF is that all the inputs are wrong, so the answer is wrong too. Morningstar was recommending Citigroup (and other banks) before it declined by about 80%.
