The Coach every trader should have

I feel compelled to respond to a review given that gives this group a poor rating. I started using accessatrader.com in October 2011. At the time I was using another stock service that would tell me when to buy and sell stocks for three years. I was not really making any money and could not figure out why. I joined Dan's room thinking I would try and see what he had to offer. I would ask him what he thought about a particular stock's chart and whether it was a buy or a sell. If his opinion disagreed with my own I would scoff at it and make the trade anyway and lose money. At that time while I did not realize it, I did not know how to properly buy a stock, properly sell a stock, make a watch list, position size, or read a tape. All these things Dan has taught me to do. Dan is there as a coach, a person to bounce ideas off of. As he says himself, was Michael Jordan's coach a better basket ball player than him? Certainly not, but he still had a coach. His community has excellent traders that trade for a living. Everyone shares ideas and thoughts in stocks, options, and the overall market. The idea of this room is not to follow Dan's trades, but to learn to trade on your own. That is more valuable than just trade alerts. But there is a learning curve. If you don't give yourself time to watch and learn, you may feel like you're wasting time. If the market is not a good market and there are not trade set ups to trade, why would you want to risk your capital in that kind of environment? One thing I had to learn was it was better to trade one or two quality trades than to make ten trades just to trade. You actually make more money with quality trades than more quantity trades. With his room you have to dismiss the idea that penny stocks are worthless or dangerous. He teaches you how to make more money in a ten or twenty cent move in a two or three dollar stock than a dollar move in a fifty dollar stock. You have to dismiss your previous ideas or beliefs about the market and have an open mind. There is a watch list every day that Dan creates and even gives you the buy or sell point. It is up to you to take or not take the trade. Dan tells you where he would sell any trade you or he makes. He does not front run you but tells you exactly where he is going to buy and sell. There are also trades in aapl, goog, nflx, bidu, but this community does focus primarily on small cap names. If that is not your style, then so be it. Dan the moderator is an excellent and genuine human being that will do whatever he needs to do in order to help someone. I encourage anyone that wants to learn to try it out but also give it a month or two to sink in. This is my true story and experience. You can find me in the room everyday.

Not worth the money.

After trying this website the main trader basically doesn't trade. Maybe one stock a day for chance at making 1 %. Most of the plays seemed to be flipped for a penny or two. he talks about being safe then plays a stock like PGRX at 1.60 or obscure Chinese stocks that barely trade.

Great site.....

First and foremost if you want straight forward high quality education this is the place for you. If you are looking for just picks, then I am afraid this isn’t the place for you. Dan prides himself, and rightfully so, on teaching each and every trader who wants to educate himself. I can attest on numerous occasions I had the chance to chat via text, emails and even personal phone calls with Dan on concerns about my trading. The chat room is occupied with some highly talented traders who are willing to get involved as well. Although I have left the scene due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, “work schedule”, I plan on one day returning to Accessatrader. My hats are off to you Dan for such great commitment to yourself, business and your trading community. As you would say “it’s for the kids”… LT

Review from a part-time trader's eyes

As a part-time member of AccessaTrader I am beyond satisfied and proud to be a part of the room. I will not sit here and tell you how much I've gained, or preach about Dan's trading ideas, because that would only devalue what it means to be a part of AccessaTrader. Accessatrader is about education, being a true professional, and continued personal development. I am amazed at the pace at which I have learned, it's exponential. Dan has taught me patience, discipline, charting and trading techniques, and trades with me EVERYDAY. Dan has been so dedicated, he responds to questions I may have via text message, AIM, email, and phone at all hours. Why would he sacrifice THAT much time and energy for one person when he is such a successful trader whose time is so valuable? I believe Accessatrader truly cares about each members development, both full and part-time alike. The respect for education is contagious within the room; I am now learning from and communicating with multiple members of the room, learning different strategy and ideology everyday.

Accessatrader has given me the confidence, support, and education it takes to be a professional....if you take advantage, like I have, you will succeed.

Zero to Hero Trading - Learn with a professional trader!!

I have been with AccessaTrader.com just under two months. This is a phenomenal place for the newbie and the seasoned trader alike. Dan Shapiro, the moderator of the room is a professional trader with skins on the wall. He has traded the internet craze days, but truly became a better trader after the market collapses and wild swings of the 2000's. He is a coach to the members in the room, but please note, there are truly other great traders in the room too. This says a lot about these professionals because many are already successful in their own right. They too are learning from Dan, but they also reciprocate by sharing their vast knowledge, skills, and trading ideas. This place is truly a family setting. Furthermore, this is not a text chat room only, but Dan is broadcasting live with video charting to the members and all see his moves instantaneously. He makes his living from trading and the room has only been inexistence since last February. One can follow him, but frankly the emphasis is on acquiring one's own unique trading strategy or by proper education. With this in mind, questions are asked frequently and answered promptly. One can ask about their stock setups and get Dan's feedback. Thus, the end result is to stand on one's own feet so we all can trade independently. Afterall, every trader who follows exactly what another does will be disappointed and likely see his account decreased eventually.

For me, the experience has been most positive. Frankly, I started out in the room still practicing my bad habits of chasing, poor exit strategy, and overtrading. After two weeks of losing, I went on a streak of 10/12 winners. The one negative during that stretch was my account would be much larger if I allowed my winners to run. Still, the improvement has been exciting. The last two weeks have been choppy, but the great thing is I recognize the errors. Honestly, I have much to learn, and being in AccessATrader is keeping me excited about the future of my trading account. There are no guarantees and trading is sometimes a boring endeavor as one waits for the next stock to rise, but if one wants to work hard, study, and get involved in a great stocktrading room then it is inevitable that success comes their way.

2012 will be a year of successful trading because of my subscription to www.AccessaTrader.com. I plan on submitting another review next Fall - that's my plan to continue in the room. If it's working, then there's no reason to reinvent the wheel. Regards!!

Best place to learn how to trade like a pro.

For the last year and a half I’ve been in different stock sites learning how to trade or at least that’s what I thought until I tried to trade on my own and realized I hadn’t learned anything, all I knew how to do was follow the chat moderator (frontrunner) and buy and sell when instructed.

That’s when I heard about Accessatrader.com and decided to give it a try for a week. I can’t believe how much I learned in only one week and realized how blindly I was trading without knowing the reason why buying or selling XYZ stock. Dan the chat moderator really has showed me a different way of looking at the markets. You will not find better education for a better price anywhere else. Thank you Dan and thanks to your excellent crew.

This site should be called … access a trading family

I am part of this great room for months now and i want to tell you about the family that attends daily this trading community. First of all there´s dan the moderator, that spends 8 hours a day trying to truly educate and help everyone giving his best all the time.

I have seen dan upset for some reasons, one of them is that I don’t ask more questions and another was when I made mistakes and put in danger my money making unnecessary mistakes. Never have I seen him decline or trying to mascaraed one answer when he feels he can’t answer it, dan usually jokes about he’s being a fraud … I assure you … he isn´t.

From 3 dollars a day you can trade with a real trader, a great guy, and a teacher helping you all the way to avoid the pitfalls of this business and evolve as a trader, being a professional or a beginner you will learn and that is the reason for this room I believe. Teach others to survive and profit in this hard and ruthless market.

This room is not for everyone I’m sure and if you’re looking for a stock picking, all day nonsense you will be disappointed because dan proudly waits for the setups to appear and doesn’t trades when he thinks there’s nothing to trade being committed to the rules and money management that he always talks about. Another great thing great about him is the capacity he shows of being a great student as well as a great teacher, he’s always willing to learn or change is approach or strategy and in the room there are lots of other great traders always changing ideas.

If you’re serious about trading and about your career I advise you to join this trading family.

I was a stockbroker for 15 years and have been a stock trader for the last 10 years. I've spent thousands of dollars on programs, DVDs, mentorships, chatrooms, books, red light green light stuffed (advetised on TV), followed twitter tips ect. you name it I've spent money on it. I've been able to make a living trading but I kind of got into a rut, until I hooked up with AcccessaTrader.com. Oh my my!! I was able to change my trading habits and take my trading to a whole new level. The education I received in the first week alone was unbelievable! It was surprising to me since I considered myself a seasoned trader. The commentary and education during the trading day can not be matched by any site out there. It is truely the best I've ever seen. The best part is the moderator (Dan) is completely accessable and answers your questions instantly (LIVE) as we go through the trading day. He spends a large portion of the day making sure each and every member is learning and getting the education they need to increase their trading ability. I've met Dan in person and have talked with him numerous times on the phone. He truely cares about each and everyone of his members individual success as a trader. He makes himself completely available to all his members and will meet or talk with you one on one to help with any trading techniques you need. I've never met anyone who cares more about his members than Dan. AccessaTrader saved my trading carreer and for that I'm very, very grateful. This is the real deal

I have been in the room a week and feel compelled to write a review. This room is by the far the best room out there. This is the real deal. Full time education throughout market hours. Always available to ask questions and an overall great leader. Dan really wants to help his community out. His knowledge of the market and of technicals is immense. He will give you his opinions on trades, ideas you have and advice if you are in a trade. This is not a stock picking service but a live education where you will learn why a trade is entered and when a why a trade is exited. In addition Dan is also accessible via email and he swiftly answers all questions. He produces a daily market analysis and watch list and gives a market briefing at 8 am every day. I don't know anywhere elses you can this level of dedication, service , experience and personality. Not only that, he is an overall good guy. Try it, you won't be dissapointed.
