"Devastating"

I'm gonna be 100% honest and say that i was truly devastated when i found out the site is no longer active. I was just starting to really take advantage of all busy stock had to offer. It boasted a very powerful stock screener which was right up there with finviz as far as free screeners are concerned and probably better than most paid screeners. It had so much content and features that i was never able to get around to all of it. Very good earnings content, S&P 500 screens, pre-market and after hours, technical and fundamental data, charts, volume/price leaders, etc..............I mean there was nothing this site did not have. It was a very sad day indeed when the site was brought down. I hope whoever ran the site decides to bring it back in the future.

Busystock.com is amazing. Not only is it free but it's extremely helpful! The website offers a great comprehensive overview of that day's/week's movers! It's extremely useful!

Love the busy movers list and screener

If you want to quickly see the biggest movers of the day, this is an easy and quick way to do so. BusyStock lists the top 15 movers of the day as well as key signal movers (gapers,etc.). The cool thing is they update it every five minutes from 8-6|:30 so the data is pretty fresh. If your broker’s scanner is giving trouble, use this as a backup!! One can also customize a screener by signing up with the site – excellent FREE tools!!

Great for Earnings Plays

I really like the Earnings tab, you can look up how each company's stock did in their past earnings and how it effected the stock price in pre-market during market and aftermarket on the day they released earnings - Love it!

Impressive

This is poor man's version of stockcharts.com subscription service, as far as being able to add multiple symbols to a list and getting a chart on each on on the same page. Excellent for being able to view multiple symbols. My scanner allows the copying of all symbols that hit during the day (which can be over 100+ sometimes) and I've found this useful for viewing them. If you have a knack for being able to spot a trend by quick examination of a chart, this site would be useful for you.

They also have: Pre-market, Market Hours/After Market gainers and losers, a customizable screener with multiple views for the results, "Cloud 500" which is a different version of a Heatmap - supposedly in real-time (I haven't used this function yet), sector/industry lists.. and on and on.

It's definitely worth your time to check out.

My only problem with this site is the lack of any real organization (though it's just fine for what it is)
