Investopedia has established itself as a key resource

Investopedia has become a well established resource for investing education - highly recommend it, especially for beginners. I particularly like the word of the day series, and I still find myself at times reading the odd word I never heard of, or something on a new angle - great for constant improvement style learning. Love your work!

When i started trading cpl years ago Investopedia was my #1 source of information about trading.I educated myself from investopedia and learned lots of great stuff like ..chart patterns and trading terms etc.Investopedia has everything you need to know about investing and trading starting from how much money you need to start to how much can you make.(well it depends how much deeper you dig investopedia). I still use it all the times to learn new things about market and improve my trading skills.Site is keep improving constantly ..everyday its getting bigger and better.

Investopedia Stock Simulator: Investopedia Stock Simulator is great for beginner and paper trading and learn how the market works and backtest your strategy without losing real money. it just a big +++ .

And best of all it's free. How can you go wrong with a site which provides lots of knowledgeable information about investing/trading at no cost to you.Go ahead and educate youself.

Its free so why not use it

Investopedia is like the encyclopedia for trading, and a very comprehensive one at that. As a newbie there were plenty of times that I did not understand certain lingo, or wanted to know more about a particular type of play... Many times the best place to go (and now the first place I check) is investopedia. It gives you an easy to understand and detailed explanation of what you need to know. A great example would be just recently I read in a press release that a third party was awarded contracts for x amount. In order to figure out how that would affect the pps typed it in investopedia and got a much better explanation of what contracts were and what to expect in the future.

I have been following this site and the news letters for quite some time. Excellent investment advice on options, futures, Forex, ETFs etc.
Their newsletters are an excellent source of financial blogs and other interesting venues
